Our fishing season opens on November 1st and closes the last day of April for most of the enviroments, and the last day of May for the rest.
Fishing for trout is not allowed during the rest of the year. This ensures that during winter and spawning time the fisheries remain unharmed, keeping our fish wild and strong. Our rivers and lakes were stocked with trout more than 100 years ago, and never again, keeping them wild and not hatchery supported.
There are some areas with special regulations that we can fish almost all year round, if you need more information, please let us know.
