The river starts slow and deep running through lots of big boulders in the riverbed that gives the trout a good hiding place. It then it quickens with wide and easy to wade pools.

After this comes a canyon with great spots to sight fish for trophy specimens and ending in a wide river with lots of shore vegetation that produces a good amount of food for the fish.

The riverbed is light-colored making it an ideal river to sight fish.
Only wading is allowed, making the private roads of the ranch the only way in and out of this great fishing spot.

Rainbows and Brown trout equal in numbers, all of good size and great fighters. Trophy brown trout are one of the reasons to come to this river.
